Refund policy

 

At WHP Performance, customer satisfaction is our upmost priority. This Returns and Refund Policy informs you about your right to return and receive a refund for products purchased on our website as well as describes the procedure, rules and guidelines relating to the return and refund for the products purchased on our website.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and understand the requirements for the return and refund on products.

Right to Cancellation 

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the fourteenth day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at sales@pwrperformance.uk with full details of your cancellation. Made to order, bespoke and specially sourced products are excluded from the Distance Selling Regulations and may not be returned unless Faulty.

Returns

Upon delivery of your item please ensure that you inspect your Product(s) before signing for it, damage from couriers cannot be claimed for once signed for. If any Product(s) are attempted to be delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us immediately to make us aware of the problem.

If you have ordered Product(s) that you do not require you will be subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee to cover internal processing costs involved in goods being returned.

Any products that have been fitted, or unboxed, damaging the packaging and protective items will not be eligible for return.

Any product that is ordered incorrectly will not be covered by WHP Performance, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are buying the correct product. Where applicable, items will have the variations, or fitments included in the product listing.

It is the customers responsibility to do the research on the product they are purchasing. If buying an exhaust, air intakes, or other product that affects the volume or tone of the vehicle, you must ensure you are happy with it before purchasing. If you are buying suspension components, we suggest that you research the ride quality, or ask us what we would recommend that best suits your needs.

If you purchase a product, and are unhappy with the standard characteristics, you will not be able to return the item to us.

We will not accept unauthorized returns. No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of WHP Performance.

WHP does not cover labour costs. Warranties are held with the manufacturer of the products not WHP Performance.

Refunds

Please note we have the right to inspect all Products(s) returned. If we suspect any evidence of the Product(s) being fitted, damaged, tampered with, etc we have the right to refuse part or all of the refund.
